Boulder Hill Baking started as a small wholesale business in Cumberland in 2019, and in 2025 expanded into a storefront. We are a small, Mother-Daughter-led team of women and are proud to produce quality familiar favourites as well as decadent, elevated homestyle baking. Check out our rotating counter selection for everything from cakes to pies, scones, cookies, breads, and much more.
Who we are
The Bakery got its name ‘Boulder Hill’ in honour of the hill between Cumberland and Royston on Royston Road, which used to be two large boulders where the overpass now goes over Highway 19.
Driving particularly fast over ‘Boulder Hill’ is a favourite childhood memory of many Comox Valley locals.
